You will need the ability to execute communications for development initiatives, inclusive of digital advertising and traditional advertising. The position will require implementation and time management expertise for all project components. In addition, you will be responsible for building knowledge on existing and emerging communications tools and tactics, industry practices and trends, as well as becoming immersed in the clients’ business and category.

The Creative Director position is considered a key position, interacting at the highest levels of the client and agency organization. As leader of the creative team, you will be responsible for managing creative staff and high-level client relationships in the creation of concepts across various campaigns and media. You must be able to develop 360º creative for traditional, digital and social media advertising. You are expected to lead by example and aid in the development of Curiosity’s creative and company culture.
